Z Lettos
Zerah is a heels instructor and creative director based in San Diego whose movement journey has been shaped by a lifelong connection to dance, athletics, and performance. Many people call her Z, hence Z Lettos.

Zerah began dancing at a young age through cultural dances and grew up surrounded by choreography. She has always carried dance with her in her heart. Her background as an athlete, along with her experiences in artistry, further developed her discipline, athleticism, confidence, and connection to an audience.
Today, Zerah is known for her innovative choreography, dynamic and explosive movement quality, powerful musicality, sensuality, and floorwork. She also specializes in chair and acro. She has been teaching heels for five years, using movement as a way to help dancers evolve, challenge themselves, and feel empowered in their bodies.
At the heart of her teaching is a belief in the transformative power of dance. She views dance as a form of medicine and as a space for release, expression, healing, connection, and community. Her goal is not only to develop stronger dancers, but to create an environment where performers feel seen, supported, and empowered to discover their own individuality. Her classes are rooted in expression, connection, community, and confidence. In her class, every dancer is encouraged to grow at their own pace and embrace their unique artistry.

Outside of dance, she is a multi-passionate artist and an avid adventurer. She is deeply inspired by all things art and nature, and she loves learning, creating, and exploring any chance she gets. She is also a proud mother of three and continues to find inspiration in the balance of family, creativity, and movement.
"Let's create, transform, and move together. In every class, we will evolve and empower."
